This title holds the first impression that our customers get when they walk into our restaurant. Host/hostesses are responsible for seating our valued guests, providing them with menus, and educating them about our promotions.
Line Cook
Prepares meals as per our standard recipe guides. Line cooks are the heart of the business, and provide our customers with a reason to come back.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant during the peak revenue periods. Without clean equipment, we cannot run our business.
Off Premise Staff
Ensure that our guest’s get the same experience at home as when they come in and choose to dine with us. Off premise staff are guest facing and responsible for taking orders, packing hot and cold food, and ensuring that the customer leaves happy.
Dining Room Manager
Master of customer relations. This role will allow you to take on the responsibility of ensuring that every guests leaves your restaurant happy and wanting to come back. This role will expose you to leadership tactics that will allow you to grow within the company.
Kitchen Manager
Master of culinary experience. This role will allow you to ensure that every single item that is leaving your kitchen is the best in class. This role will expose you to leadership tactics that will allow you to grow within the company.
Restaurant Supervisor
Oversee day to day operations in the restaurant environment. Ensure that an experience is giving to the guest, and every guests leaves happy.
